This Lincat convection oven is a highly robust and reliable cooking solution for any commercial kitchen. It features a highly efficient air circulation system which ensures consistent and even cooking every time. The double-glazed door makes the oven more energy efficient whilst the three stackable shelves ensure efficient use of all the available space.
The oven comes complete with simple dial controls and timer. Additionally this quality oven features twin fan convection cooking with cook and hold mode and a humidity injection function. The oven will require plumbing to a mains supply.
