This Lincat Twin Tank Fryer is a compact freestanding unit with simple controls. It features an on-board filtration system that will help improve the quality of the food fried in its tanks.
It also has within it a close tolerance thermostat to maintain the a consistent temperature for the food, also of note is the units easy tank access and cleaning, each one features a hinged lift out element as well as a bore drain to help easily empty each tank of oil and to clean them much easier
