I have not started trading and so it has not been used at all. I have tested it. It works perfectly and heats really quickly. So easy to use.

It is built by PARRY, UK. I just don't need it as I have changed my menu.

The AGPC1 offers consistent heating to keep foods at the correct hot holding temperatures, compliant with food standards regulations.

It has a water trough in the bottom to retainthe humidity of the interior, ensuring that
the original texture of the food is
maintained.
