These freestanding hobs are Swiss made and of fantastic quality. They are super rare so don’t miss out!

We have tested them and they are in perfect working condition.

MenuSystem is used in top restaurants such as Sexy Fish etc. We use these hobs in our own restaurant and they are incredibly versatile and space efficient. You can put up to 4 x 20cm saucepans on the hob at one time making them highly efficient on a tiny footprint. When each 20cm saucepan is placed on the specific quadrant it will activate the coil it is covering and each pan will receive the same amount of power as indicated by the power the knob is set to.

So, as an example if you have a 9kW hob with four coils (located in each quadrant), each coil is capable of pulling (at a maximum) 2.25kW, which might not sound a lot but with a small pan, believe me that is a significant amount of power delivered.

If it’s a larger pan covering more than one coil it might therefore pull up to 4.5kW if it covers two coils for example. Adding another pan does not diminish the power in pan number one. The hob recognises the additional pan and delivers the additional power necessary.
