Selmi Comfit Panning Machine & Spray System.
Bought in October 2021 but only used the panning machine 4 or 5 times, the spray system is unused and still packed up.
Manufactured entirely of stainless steel, the SELMI COMFIT Panning Machine features an electronic control system that helps the user optimise the coating of different types and sizes of product.

The SELMI COMFIT incorporates a heating & cooling system that controls the temperature & flow of air entering the drum during production During the primary phase of the coating process, this helps increase the rate at which chocolate builds up on the product, and during the second & final stages, it helps smooth and polish the product.

The SELMI Spray System operates using low voltage heating and is entirely constructed from aluminium specially coated for contact with foodstuffs. The system is mounted on a mobile stainless steel trolley and must be connected to a supply of compressed air (see below).

SELMI Spray System Features:

Automatic system designed to spray melted (not tempered) chocolate into SELMI COMFIT & MAXI COMFIT panning machines.

Must be connect to a source of compressed air that offers 300 litres per minute at a minimum of 6 bar and filtered for oil & water.
