This top quality large size professional catering 108 ltr rotary fan assisted, rear convection oven with cook & hold facility brings incredible versatility everyday catering, whatever the type of establishment you have. It's designed to give outstanding performance. Can be used in busy food establishments, and is great to use as a bake off oven or just for heating lots of items in any busy food establishment.

Comes complete with internal grid, and is gastronorm compatible; capable of taking 4 x 1/1 GN pans. The rear fan assisted convection design circulates heat around the oven for even temperatures, with no cold spots, making it ideal for both cooking and baking. The cook and hold facility means you just program the unit to cook your food, and then set it to hold at the desired temperature until ready to serve.
Features an adjustable thermostat up to 300'C, powerful rear convection fan for rapid heat up plus even and consistent heat distribution, adjustable timer, power on and temperature ready lights.
