Winston Cvap Holding Bins/oven – Barely used!Extremely rare product in the UK! Winston have told us that the two models we have are the only ones to be exported to the UK.
These holding bins are great for holding foods and preventing the drying out of food.
It can also be used for particularly gentle cooking of delicate food e.g. for fish.
Again, both units have been used only a handful of times.
We have two available.
The individual flaps are also great because they enable a minimal amount of heat and vapour loss to the rest of the cavity.
