The carefully balanced cast iron cooking plates ensure food is cooked consistently, whilst also retaining heat well, meaning you can cook food from frozen without waiting an age for the grill to reach temperature again. And as both sides are independently controlled, you can simply switch off one side to reduce running costs during quieter hours. A superb quality British-made grill for professionals.
