- Ball mill producing 20kg of chocolate, or nut pastes, per hour.
- Refrigerated so that product can be temperature controlled during refining.
- Has a dual-purpose volumetric pump that maintains circulation of product during refining.
- Refining cylinder is temperature controlled to prevent product solidifying during pauses in the work cycle.
- Excellent condition.
- Full Selmi factory warranty until early January 2023.
- Requires compressed air at 8 bar.
