- Continuous tempering machine with 35kg tank.
- Can produce 170kg of tempered chocolate per hour.
- As an EX model this machine can be fully washed internally so that it can be used for any given type of chocolate.
- This is the current model and this machine is 3-phase.
- Used approximately 2 days per week.
- Excellent condition.
- Full Selmi factory warranty until early January 2023.
