The Southern Pride Smoker is fully automatic, the wood burning barbecue pit eliminates all the guesswork in barbecuing. There's no need for constant attention, no need to even turn the meat while it's cooking.
The 19kw Burner heats the smoker cabinet and ignites the 2-3 fireplace size logs in the firebox to obtain the desired flavour, aroma and texture.
Also features precise thermostatic control which maintains a constant pit temperature and provides day to day product consistency and its Air Flow System delivers an even temperature throughout the cabinet.
