I have decided to sell my separate high end marquee brand White Tent Events. White Tent Events is one of the leading marquee companies in Surrey trading since 2010.

I will be selling of all the equipment separately to the goodwill, bookings and clients package.

We mainly cover Surrey and Kent however have worked further a field.

Updated website in March this year with extensive continuous SEO which is working well. Have proof for this through analytics

WTE are viewed by most as a high end marquee brand. As a result referral clients rarely ask for discounts and have great budgets. Wedding budgets often £10k plus.

High ranking on Google Maps for Kent & Surrey

High ranking in social media

Sought after partnerships with caterers and venues including 5 high end exclusive venues, 4 of which we are the sole suppliers

We won best marquee company of the year 2019 for Kent, great advertising

Great 10 year reputation

Lots of active paid advertising for a year including a spotlight on hitched, £600 unspent budget on CCP that's running and listing on many trade sites.

£30k+VAT of confirmed bookings and £35k+VAT quotes in negotiation (Not time wasters) These figures were from December and we are now seeing 4-5 direct serious enquiries a day through email and more over the phone. Bookings will now continue to grow for the buyer so ask about confirmed booking amount on enquiry

Previous years turn overs £180 - £203k (2016, 2017) This year we did £130k in 8 months, good but could have been better. Mainly due to a handover between an old partner and the focus on our other businesses.

Reason for selling is due to pursuing more of our production market that does not require as much stock or marquee business.

Please no silly offers. The price is based on previous experience buying and selling companies within this field. I feel it to be more than fair given the potential amount that can be earned this year and going forward.

We will continue to take bookings until we have a buyer however a smoother transition would be in the spring for all parties involved.
