Metcalfe Hpc Hand Operated Potato Chipper - (1/4") 8mm

Designed to produce up to 5 different sizes of cuts, the detachable block chipper is an excellent catering addition for exceeding customer needs when it comes to catering.

The Detachable Block Model comes complete with a removable bottom knife frame as well as removable upper blocks. This feature makes cleaning easier as well as allowing the Chipper to become more versatile by offering the operator a range of chip sizes to choose from.

Bench and floor mounting stands are also available for your choice through the pull down menu at the side of the image. The choice of stand allows the chipper to exceed your needs further, as each stand comes with its own benefit.

The Bench mounting stand eliminates the needs for drill holes in the work surface in order to mount the chipper, while the floor mounting stand is designed to give a correct operating height and has adequate space for large receptacle to receive the chips.
