Sold Hullbridge Classic Chapel Church Pew Chairs - Walton-on-Thames, Surrey

Description

Sturdy, no faults, no nonsense chapel chairs. Paler Beech with attractive wear marks. These came from St Thomas of Canterbury in Hullbridge, an excellent example of 1960s architecture and the chairs like everything else there are prime examples of Danish inspired design. Possibly by Verco, one of the few old School Chapel Chair makers to make the transition successfully into the post war period.
