SOLD AS A PAIRThe LABO 8 12 E is a compact countertop batch freezer designed for catering/restaurants and ice cream parlours.
The Carpigiani BOIL 5 is a semi-automatic heating/pasteurising/agitating unit and can placed on the top of a horizontal batch freezer or used on a countertop.
They are professional machines that produce excellent gourmet ice cream and delicious fruit sherbets. Award winning artisan ices have been created using these machines.
LABO 8 12 E:
Incorporating the same technology used in high-capacity batch freezers, it is complete, safe and user-friendly. Simply pour the mix into the machine, turn the switch and wait for the 'ready for extraction' signal. The ice-cream consistency control ensures continuous production of high-quality ice cream and sherbets.

Carpigiani BOIL 5:
This semi-automatic unit and can placed on the top of the horizontal batch freezer. The unit can also stand alone on a counter top. It is useful in preparing cold mixes for sorbets or hot mixes for ice cream.
Pour the mix into the machine and turn the switch to control the mixing temperature. To heat to the pastuerisation temperature, it is necessary to set the thermostat to 85°C. Once the machine reaches this temperature, the mix pre-cooling begins. The cooling is then rap- idly completed by pouring the mix into the batch freezer.
This unit pasturises and agitates at the same time creating a smooth mix ready for batch freezing immediately if that is your requirement.
