The Blue Seal Evolution Series G596-LS is a heavy-duty, 900mm wide gas chargrill mounted on a leg stand, designed for high-volume commercial kitchens.

The chargrill features three powerful 9.8KW burners that provide consistent, even heat across a large 892mm x 500mm cooking area that includes reversible heavy-duty cast iron grates that can be used level or inclined.

The stainless steel leg stand includes a practical under-shelf for storage and features rear rollers for easier positioning.
