The griddle features a large cooking area and dual, independently controlled heat zones for versatility, allowing you to operate a smaller cooking area during quiet periods or cook different items simultaneously at separate temperatures.

The griddle is equipped with a 12mm thick cooking plate fully welded into the frame to eliminate dirt traps, that provides excellent heat retention and even heat distribution for great results every time.

The griddle also includes a removable fat collection drawer for straightforward cleaning.
