This listing is for a set of five authentic Global knives with drawer knife block insert (model G-88/555TR).Global knives are made in Japan from Cromova 18 stainless steel and are renowned for their sharpness, balance, and hygienic seamless construction.
Included in this set:
• GS-38 Paring Knife (9cm)
• GS-11 Flexible Utility Knife (15cm)
• G-5 Vegetable Chopper (18cm)
• G-2 Chef’s Knife (20cm)
• G-8 Meat Slicer (22cm)
• Global Drawer Knife Block Insert, model G-88/555TR (20cm wide × 39.5cm deep)
Condition (please read):
• All knives are blunt and will need sharpening before use.
• The G-2 Chef’s Knife and G-5 Vegetable Chopper have cosmetic scratches from past sharpening attempts (see photos).
• Handles in good condition, no cracks.
• Block insert in good used condition.
