The Linea Classic is La Marzocco's best-known machine, with a reputation for consistency and reliability shot after shot all day long. This highly reliable coffee machine ensures that your water will be at the proper temp, the steam will be abundant and powerful, volumetric dosing will be stable and consistent, and your staff can focus on making the best coffee possible.
The PID-controlled brew boilers allow you to set your desired brewing temperature, and saturated groups will help keep the whole thermal system stable even in high volume service. Stainless steel portafilters with precision baskets help ensure consistency between each group and each machine, and the rubber grips are more wear-resistant and comfortable to hold for the barista.
Additionally, this auto-volumetric machine features four programmable dosing buttons per group allowing you to set your desired volume of water to dispense for each button, typically for single and double doses in both short and long shots. This superb coffee machine also features dual stainless steel boilers and groups, stainless steel portafilters and baskets and is finished in bright orange back and side panels adding a splash of colour to your demanding coffee shop.
