This Empire 3 door prep counter is great for the storing as well as prepping of food within commercial premises.

The unit features a fridge section bellow and a built in saladette. The fridge section is fan assisted to ensure an even temperature distribution and keeping food at an even chilled temperature. The saladette offers both great storage and easy access to most used ingredients when prepping pizza, salad, sandwiches and deli type foods.

The fridge is equipped with a robust heavy duty prep counters, ideal for high volume service and comes complete with 3 shelves.
