This Mondial J7 Extra is a commercial-grade, serve-over scoop ice cream display freezer designed for high-capacity service in professional environments.

The freezer operates on temperatures between -15° to -20°, ideal for maintaining the soft-scoop texture of ice cream. It features a large display area and a under storage compartment for additional ice cream trays.
The freezer uses static cooling with automatic electrical defrosting and automatic condensate evaporation and is equipped with a curved glass canopy to provide a clear view of the flavours
