Cooling is provided by an advanced forced air system, which effectively distributes the cold air to all parts of the interior, ensuring a reliably cool environment for maximum frozen food hygiene.
Temperature regulation is also easy, thanks to the intuitive digital control panel which displays the interior cabinet temperature at all times, so you’ll always be able to see the status of the contents without opening the doors.
The cooling and insulation is very effective, allowing efficient operation even when ambient temperatures reach as high as 43°C – essential for hot, busy kitchens, especially during busy summer shifts.
