Whether you're roasting meats, steaming vegetables or baking pastry, the Electrolux air-o-steam electric combination makes it easy. With a full 16 grid capacity, there's plenty of space for large quantities of food - ideal for use in restaurants, canteens, hotels and more. With a built-in steam generator, the combi benefits from a constant supply of steam, meaning that even if you open the door, steam generation and cooking times are affected less than in boilerless combi ovens. To reduce running costs, energy and water consumption are minimised thanks to humidity by-pass technology, which makes the most efficient use of the steam generator.
Cooking cycles: steam (100 °C), low temperature steam (25°C to 99 °C), overheated steam (101°C to 130°C), hot air (25°C to 300 °C), combi (25°C to 250 °C), regeneration.

This Electrolux combi ovens was removed working from a well-known high street food outlet during a refurbishment where it had been regularly serviced and seems to have seen minimal use. They have since been re-tested and fully serviced in our workshop by our catering engineer to be in excellent order.
